2. Payment and Fees: Clients are required to pay fees associated with the selected hosting plan in a timely manner. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services. Our pricing varies based on the specific plan you choose ranging from 1000-15000 INR
3. Data Security and Privacy: FigocoCloud is committed to protecting the privacy and security of client data. Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
4. Content and Usage: Clients are responsible for the content hosted on their websites. FigocoCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for clients engaging in prohibited activities, including but not limited to illegal activities, spamming, and distribution of malware.
5. Intellectual Property: All content provided by FigocoCloud, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and website content, is the property of FigocoCloud and may not be used without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability: FigocoCloud shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our hosting services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or consequential damages.

Cancellation and Refund
Welcome to FigocoCloud's Cancellation and Refund page. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FigocoCloud's website hosting services. By accessing this website and using our hosting services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1.Refund Process :- Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us or used coupon code while purchasing web hosting, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.
2.Non-refundable Products and Services: Not with standing anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, there are no refunds of any fee (including without limitation, administrative fee and/or tax) on dedicated servers, domains, reseller hosting services or additional products or services such as Codeguard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock install fees for custom software, and/or any other products or services of the Company.
3. Cancellation Process: You may terminate or cancel the Services from the control panel. If you cancel the Services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation. If you request to suspend or cancel your customer account, your access to the control panel will be suspended and you will not be able to access the billing system to renew products or services or to update your account information. However, you will continue to have access to use the Services purchased until the end of your prepaid term.
Please note that if you have pending orders outstanding on your account at the time you cancel your account, we will continue to process those orders so long as your Advance Account has sufficient funds to cover the charges. If we are unable to fulfill any orders, the charges for such orders will be reversed and we reserve the right to cancel such orders.

Refund will be processed in 7 working days
